Integrate Intercom data into TargetBoard to track your customer-related initiatives and your Customer Success and Support Teams key metrics.

Before You Begin

To integrate Intercom with TargetBoard, authentication must be completed by a user with admin privileges.

Note that if using a specific employee Zendesk account for integration purposes, if the user account is ever suspended or deleted (as in the event of an employee leaving), then the integration will also fail.

OAuth Integration

  • The TargetBoard team will schedule a short meeting, during which you will be prompted to log in to your Intercom account using OAuth.
  • Once authorized, syncing will begin automatically.
