Integrate HubSpot data into TargetBoard to track your top Sales and Marketing metrics and gain visibility into your pipeline.

Before You Begin

To connect HubSpot to TargetBoard, authentication via OAuth must be completed using a standard user account with access to the data you'd like to sync.
Note that if using a specific employee HubSpot account for integration purposes, if the user account is ever suspended or deleted (as in the event of an employee leaving), then the integration will also fail.

Recommended - Create a Dedicated Integration User
  • Create a dedicated HubSpot user for TargetBoard:
    • Email: integration@targetboard.ai
    • Required Access: Standard user or with custom permissions
      • Deals
      • Contacts
      • Companies
      • Marketing Email / Campaigns (if applicable)
  • Share these credentials with the TargetBoard team.

OAuth Integration

  • The TargetBoard team will reach out to schedule a short meeting.
  • During the call, you will be prompted to log in to your HubSpot account using OAuth
    TargetBoard will complete the integration and and update you.
