Enable Ashby Metrics

Integrate Ashby data into TargetBoard to analyze your recruitment process, track hiring metrics, and connect recruiting activity with your organization’s performance data.

This document explains how to generate an Ashby API key with the permissions required for the integration.

Before You Begin

Create an API Key

1. Sign in to Ashby.
2. Go to Admin > Integrations > API Keys.
3. Click + New.
4. Enter a descriptive name, such as TargetBoard Integration.
5. Click Create API Key.
6. If Ashby asks you to select an integration partner, you can leave this field empty.

Assign API Key Permissions

1. New API keys have no permissions by default.
2. Enable Read access for the following modules:
   1. Jobs
   2. Candidates
   3. Interviews
   4. Hiring Process
   5. Organization
   6. Offers
3. Click Save and Continue.
4. Copy the generated API key.
5. Store the key securely.

Input the API Key in Targetboard

In TargetBoard, navigate to:

Settings -> Integrations -> Insert the API Key under Ashby Integration
