Enable ADO Metrics

Connecting your ADO to TargetBoard enables access to all your engineering metrics including Cycle Time, Time in Status, tracking of New, Open and Closed Pull Requests and many others.


Before You Begin

Make sure you have permission to access and modify your user settings where PATs are managed.

Personal Access Token

  1. Sign in to your organization, from your home page, open user settings and select Personal access tokens.
  2. Select New Token, and choose the organization where you want to use the token.
  3. Select the scopes the following scopes:
    1. User Profile: read
    2. Project & Team: read
    3. Code: read
    4. Build: read
    5. Graph: read
  4. Click Generate token and copy immediately.
  5. Send the Personal Access Token to your TargetBoard contact.
