Enable Amazon Q Developer Metrics

Integrate Amazon Q data into TargetBoard to track AI adoption and impact metrics, unlocking insights into the team's productivity.

Before You Begin

Enable user activity reports in Amazon Q Developer

1. Open Amazon Q Developer console.
2. Go to Settings and under Q Developer user activity reports, choose Edit.
3. Toggle Collect granular metrics per user.
4. Set an S3 location (must be a bucket + prefix, not bucket root).
   1. AWS writes the files to this path pattern:
      1. s3://bucket/prefix/AWSLogs/accountId/QDeveloperLogs/by_user_analytic/region/year/month/day/00/...csv

Share Your S3 Bucket

• Share access with our integration IAM account: integration@targetboard.ai
• Grant read-only access to the relevant folder or prefix within the bucket.

Send to TargetBoard

• Bucket name.
• Path/prefix to monitor.
• File format sample.
