Before You Begin

To integrate ServiceNow with TargetBoard, you will need admin permission.

Send to Customer Success

  1. Your ServiceNow environment Base URL.
    1. For example: https://<my instance>.service-now.com
  2. Username and password for a ServiceNow user account that has access to all tables that you want to include in the connection.
