Enable Incident Metrics

Connecting your PagerDuty to TargetBoard enables access metrics based on your Incidents and allows you to not only track current incidents, but also track and examine change and improvements over time.

To connect PagerDuty to TargetBoard, you will need to generate a secure API Access Key.

The following IP addresses must be whitelisted for TargetBoard to access your PagerDuty data and use it in your workspace:
35.234.176.144, 35.234.176.145, 35.234.176.146, 35.234.176.147, 35.234.176.148, 35.234.176.149, 35.234.176.150, 35.234.176.151
OR CIDR: 35.234.176.144/29
  1. Login to your PagerDuty account and navigate to the Integrations tab.
  2. Click API Access Keys --> Create New API Key.
  3. Enter a Description, e.g. TargetBoard Integration.
  4. Click Create Key.
  5. Copy the new API key, it will not be visible later.
  6. Send the API key securely to your TargetBoard contact, who will complete the integration and update you accordingly.
