Integrate Opsgenie data into TargetBoard to track your production incidents.

Before You Begin

Make sure you have permission to generate an API Key.

Create an API Key

  1. Navigate to Settings page ->App Settings -> API Key Management.
  2. Click Add New API Key.
  3. Enter a name for the API key and select the following access rights to give to this API key:
    1. Read.
    2. Configuration Access.
  4. Click Add API Key to save the new API key.

Send to Customer Success

  • API Key.
