Enable Monday.com Metrics

Connecting your Monday.com instance to TargetBoard enables access to all Monday.com KPIs and models. This includes standard metrics such as cycle time, planning analysis, quality tracking and velocity as well as more complex metrics such as DORA and scoring for your developers.

Before You Begin

To connect Monday.com to TargetBoard, you'll need to provide an API token or OAuth Access Token, along with the names or IDs of the boards you'd like to track.

 API Token
  1. Log in to your Monday.com account and click your profile picture.
  2. Select Admin -> API -> Copy your API token.
  3. Store this token securely
OAuth Access Token - Optional.
  • Go to your profile picture -> Developers -> My Apps.
  • Select Your App and follow the OAuth wizard to generate the access token.
List Relevant Boards
  1. Provide the list of boards (IDs) you want TargetBoard to track.
  2. You can find the IDs in your Monday.com workspace.

Send to TargetBoard

  • API token or OAuth access token.
  • Boards IDs.
