Integrate Zendesk data into TargetBoard to track your customer-related initiatives and your Customer Success and Support Teams key metrics.
Before You Begin
To integrate Zendesk with TargetBoard, authentication must be completed by a user with admin privileges.
Note that if using a specific employee Zendesk account for integration purposes, if the user account is ever suspended or deleted (as in the event of an employee leaving), then the integration will also fail.
Recommended - Create a Dedicated Admin User
- A second option is to create a dedicated admin user for TargetBoard:
- Email: integration@targetboard.ai
- Role: Administrator
OAuth Integration
- The TargetBoard team will schedule a short meeting, during which you will be prompted to log in to your Zendesk account using OAuth.
- Once authorized, syncing will begin automatically.
