Integrate Cursor usage data into TargetBoard to track AI adoption and impact metrics, unlocking insights into the team's productivity.
Before You Begin
The API key required for integrating Cursor data with TargetBoard is the admin API - more details about it can be found here https://cursor.com/docs/account/teams/admin-api#endpoints
Prerequisites
- API keys must be created from the team settings.
- Only team administrators can create and manage API keys.
Generating the API Key
- Navigate to cursor.com/dashboard → Settings tab → Advanced → Admin API Keys.
- Click Create New API Key.
- Give your key a descriptive name (e.g., "TargetBoard Cursor")
- Copy the generated key immediately - you won't see it again
- Key format:
key_xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Send to TargetBoard
- API key.
TargetBoard will set up the Cursor integration and update you when completed.
